By choosing to receive this information electronically, shareholders can keep up to date with company announcements, help save the environment and reduce printing and mailing costs.
Your contact information will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be passed onto any third party. You can simply unsubscribe your address if you no longer wish to use this service.

|2.||What format are electronic copies of Wesfarmers Limited reports in?|

Computershare provides a number of services which can be accessed online. When accessing some information online you may be required to enter your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) as shown on your Issuer Sponsored/CHESS statements and other personal details such as your postcode.

|5.||What are Wesfarmers Partially Protected Shares?|
Wesfarmers partially protected shares were a class of Wesfarmers ordinary shares issued to former shareholders of Coles Group Limited under the Scheme of Arrangement approved by Coles Group Limited shareholders on 7 November 2007.
On Thursday, 21 November 2013, Wesfarmers advised that the trigger for the early reclassification of Wesfarmers partially protected shares into Wesfarmers ordinary shares had occurred. As a result, partially protected shares were reclassified into Wesfarmers ordinary shares on Monday, 9 December 2013 on a one for one basis.
